Yes there is lots all around the centre...

I'm not aware of any website where you search but if you want a delivery you can order from justeat.nl or thuisbezorgd.nl

On just about every block. I can't think of a site that has them all listed and there are too many to name.

go to the shawarma shop opposite de kuil 420.. i pop in there every time im in amsterdam.

there is a massive Muslim community around where i live, halal is no problem slightly west of Jordaan. There is a pretty popular butcher/veg shop right down stairs from me.

AH has small halal section i think, but generally you should have no problem finding this in a multicultural city like A'dam.
