One for the locals mainly. If, as the article suggests, D66 gain a majority in Amsterdam could they reverse the decision to close coffeeshops near schools? I know in the past they have generally been a more pro coffeeshop party but have struggled to find anything recent.
I also know that apparently the council was originally opposed to the school rule but as a compromise for not enforcing the weed pass they had to agree to introduce the school rules to placate central government. This probably means whoever is in council has their hands tied.
Just wondering if any locals knew any more?
