Interesting that he says he wouldn't want legalization as it's bad for business, but good for customers as it lowers prices.

I figured this is why the recreational measure failed at the ballot box in California. Why would the industry vote for lower pricing and increase in competition? Aside from being jailed and losing assets, of course. Reform is a no win situation for the current participants in the black market.Lemon Haze wrote:Interesting that he says he wouldn't want legalization as it's bad for business, but good for customers as it lowers prices.
Lets see how quickly California can do a 180, compared to the rest of the country.
Thanks for sharing the video!

Hopefully the added marketplace, opening growers to non-medical users as well as other states if they can figure that out, will convince the industry to push for full legalization. Watching Colorado has been interesting, lots of cities not going the recreational route, but the ones that are are making a killing. So maybe money will keep a lid on things or open the whole thing up. Interesting to watch in the next few years.

The door is cracked opened, the capital is lining up to flood in and the industry is no longer the sole domain of the criminals.

Well, they're holding conferences in Vegas now, so maybe we're already there.

Maybe we can get some odds on the next State or country to legalize it?

There are lots of rumours, Alaska being one which might be a bit strange. I'm hoping for the UK, but I'm not holding my breath.
