So, after 3 months back on the island I finally have a chance for a break, the only question being do I do 420 or kings day? Fortunately for mW I have friends and family in Amsterdam, so a couple phone calls and fb messages negates the need for a hotel or hostel, brilliant news cos the only ones free are terrible.
Friday 18th arrive at central shortly before ten, having hurt my foot earlier in the day I'm limping but the suitcase has wheels so its all good. Thankfully Voyagers is still open, and upon entering I'm tempted to kneel and kiss the floor. Hand over a bag of teabags and some Euros, get some kosher and some son tanfelo then after a couple of smokes I have a metro to catch to my friends place. He has dogs (which is great cos I was missing mine ) and an apartment bigger than mine in England. More kosher is smoked, numerous tales recounted, and a late night. Feels good to be back.
More to follow, but right now I should be packing, today is my last day till next time. I'll be in voyagers from around 3:30 till 4:30 if anyone wants to come say goodbye.
