Last visit I got me and the missus some amnesia haze from GH before we'd even checked in and 30 mins later she was in all sorts of problems. Straight to Mac D's for a burgers to sort her out.

If you don't wanna get wrecked go for a milder smoke like Laughing Budha (Dampring) or Paris Hinton (HomegrownFantasy). The lady in HF described it too my gf as "a perfect breakfast smoke when there's a pile of ironing to be done".

I chuckled and get 2g of their cheese and left them chatting.

from there on my first trip in 2007.

I'm not to sure how much sativa it is, but Yellow Cab from Grey Area has always been a good daytime smoke for me for the first couple of days of a trip. Gave me the giggles to for some reason which I'd not have expected from 1 of Grey Areas cheaper offerings.

Stick to a classic sativa I would say. If in the south you can't go wrong with Super Silver Haze for 11e from Club Media. If in the centre maybe a 420 haze or diesel from 420/kuil (though not open in daytime in the week except in school holidays) or they usually have at least 1 x good sativa at Voyagers, ask the bt. Hope that helps man.

Personally, my first smoke in Dam has always made me absolutely wrecked no matter what I choose!

If you want to go easy, especially for a morning smoke, I may suggest something under the price range of 10/12 euros/g. These would usually be the milder, middle range sativas.

I would personally go for some Mango Haze from City Hall or even some Super Silver Haze.

Also, don't roll your joints so strong. Here in the UK I usually smoke it with tobacco, often with a 50/50 weed/tobacco ratio. If you smoke it pure or out of a bong then good luck to you haha.
