Which coffeeshops are affected by school days?

I have a layover in late September with a few hour to kill. I leave around 21:00. I read on this forum about a law that requires certain coffee shops to open after school hours. Which shops are affected?

I understand Utopia doesn't open before 18:00 during school days and I would assume the same goes for paradox? That would be 2 favorites that may not happen this trip

Luckily in terms of where the relevant offending school is they aren't close enough, the likes of Grey Area and Amnesia between the 2 are far enough away too. Enough casualties of this silly rule as it is.
