Amsterdam July 8th to 15th

I'll be staying in an apartment in Osdorp with two friends and my girlfriend. Extremely excited, 3rd time in the Dam but first time I'll be old enough to go to the Coffeeshops and Smart Shops. Don't have many plans except to get out and see and do as much as possible. Probably cycle to Haarlem then the beach for a day trip. Any reccomendations for Bike rentals? Or any reccomendations for my trip in general are greatly appreciated. Hill street on the Market and Boerejongens are the CS' I'm most looking forward to visiting
