Everything's sorted. Got the ring sorted. Got some scented rose petals & candles & champagne for a nice soak in the hot tub after if all goes well. Really excited & nervous at the same time! Will be sure to report back.

Thanks guys! Want to take her for something nice to eat after "the question". Any recommendations for a nice (romantic if possible) steakhouse or Italian? A Febo just won't cut it! Toro Dorado had some good reviews but apparently overpriced? I've been searching the food section of the forum, but there's so much choice. Any 1 had any (recent) experience, throw in a suggestion. Peace

Cafe DeReiger at Nieuwe Leliestraat 34, not far from the Paradox, fine dining, reasonable prices, and generous portions. Congratulations in advance

That's me back and everything went perfect. Weekend of heavy smoking, nice restaurants and cafés and lovely walks by the canals and yes, we're now engaged!

Now just got to arrange a wedding. Heads done in already lol!

One things for sure, the stag party will be in The Dam.

Congrats,
We got engaged in the Dam 12 years ago, still together with 2 kids, I would like to point to the kids part and recommend you miss that bit for mental health reasons,
