420-2015 trip need to find a nice place / houseboat for 3-4

as title says looking for maybe a house, big apartment or houseboat for 420 trip, me and a mate and trying to bring mate and his mrs as well. there only coming to bring costs down.garden/decked area is essential and maybe a place that wouldnt mind you bringing a few acd back for a private tnt, smoking allowed of course. 2 bedrooms minimum with a sofa bed in frontroom, doesnt have to be central either if possible half decent looking too..

been looking on usual sites with no real luck unless i want to pay real stupid money, which i dont. £150ish to £250 per night max.. Can you help me Please

Hi Stuart, how long are you going for? AirB&B have some houseboats going for less than £150 a night. Stayed on one on the Lijnbangracht booked through these last year and it was probably my best stay in Amsterdam. Nothing fancy so a good session wouldn't have done it any harm, I'm sure it had hosted a few.
