I've found this place (I believe it's on Leidestraat)...
Image

From the web:
"Night shops

Sterk
Waterlooplein 241, Old Centre: Old Side (+31(0)20 626 5097). Tram 9, 14 / Metro Waterlooplein.
Open 8am-2am daily.
Credit MC, Visa

Less of a night shop and more of a deli: quiches, pastries and salads are made on site, and there’s also fruit and veg. Be prepared to ask for what you want here - there’s no self-service. Its branch is known as ‘Champagne Corner’, which hints at what’s on offer.
Other locations: De Clercqstraat 1-7 (+31(0)20 618 1727).

Avondmarkt
De Wittenkade 94-6, West (+31(0)20 686 4919). Tram 10.
Open 4pm-midnight Mon-Fri; 3pm-midnight Sat; 2pm-midnight Sun.
No credit cards!!!

The biggest and best of all night shops, this is basically a supermarket, albeit a late-opening one. Worth the trek out just west of the Jordaan.

Big Bananas
Leidsestraat 73, Southern Canal Belt (+31(0)20 627 7040). Tram 1, 2, 5.
Open 10am-1am Mon-Fri, Sun; 10am-2am Sat.
No credit cards!!!

A passable selection of wine, some dodgy-looking canned cocktails and a variety of sandwiches are stocked here. Expensive, even for a night shop.

Dolf’s Avondverkoop
Willemstraat 79, the Jordaan (+31(0)20 625 9503). Tram 3.
Open 4pm-1am daily.
No credit cards!!!

One of the best night shops in the Jordaan, Dolf’s stocks all the urgent products you might suddenly need late at night. As pricey as most night shops."

Yeah AlbertHein is the bomb during the daytime, they even have a delivery service via the web :P Nothing like getting a few flats of brew delivered to the door along with some cheetos and pinda pepsils.

Night shops are hideously expensive, please avoid them.

AH is cheap compared to UK prices, Blokker is good for housey bits and Super De Boer, if you are lucky enough to find one.
