VANCOUVER — Mega Ill Pizzeria is the real name of a real pizza joint. And speaking of joints, it is a cannabis-friendly establishment with vaporizers and cannabis grinders on the tables. Should you have a medical marijuana card, you can order your pizza with cannabis infusion.

Yes, it’s April 1 and you might be on guard. But no, I’m not pulling your leg. Mega Ill is a licensed and permitted establishment.

Mega Ill at 646 Kingsway in Vancouver doesn’t serve crappy food under the assumption stoners will eat anything. There are some vapour lounges in the city with mediocre munchies but this is the first with a kitchen, a chef, and a meal with BYOC (bring your own cannabis). You do, however, need to be 18 or older. To order a medicated pizza, you need two pieces of ID as well as the exemption card.
