I noticed the very same thing on Outlook a couple of weeks back when I was going through the settings and came across their "See when and where you used your account feature"
Its actually automated bots trying to get into unsecure Hotmail/Outlook accounts, you have nothing to worry about if you have a strong password. It happens pretty much on every website on the internet so your not being singled out lol
I know government, hackers and assholes want our information but is my info useful no only stupid dumb things in my email I aint afraid I knew it all before it happens and I am not paranoia not yet

Facebook really really want your info and people just give to them. I'm sure you all know that Facebook T&C give them effective ownership of anything you put up and whilst you might 'delete' something, they don't. I'm sure we all understand the privacy issues of Loyalty cards too.
