I don,t really care but fact check.the liberals will legalize and let anyone grow five plants at home read the plan, Harper will put you in jail for five plants (mandatory minimum).The average price right now from government is around 7dollars I think,tested for pesticides ,fretilzers some would say it,s worth the premium considering I read 70 % on street has pesticides.
