Strawberry / Chocolate Haze - De Penguin Arnhem

I will have pictures later and a full trip report from my visit, but in De Penguin in Arnhem, they have Chocolate and Strawberry Haze both for 14e/g each, way more expensive than the rest of the menu, but fuck me, its the most strawberry and chocolate I smell.

The strawberry bag reeks of strawberry, it's almost artificial, it tastes of strawberry, the smoke is strawberry and it doesn't make a weed smell of weed... just strawberry.

Same with the chocolate, its so coco, the taste is better than the strawberry, but the high isn't as good. My tolerance is through the roof with flowers but this Strawberry just hits me like a brick!

yeah I know that stuff, too. Mostly Strawberry or Apple strains... I heard a budtender (in Coffeeshop Grasshopper Eindhoven) talking about their offered Strawberry Haze... he said they use a liquid or somethng like that for the taste it seems like he had no problems with that...
in my opinion it´s dangerous... Nobody knows if these (maybe chemical) fragrances are good for health

The smell of these strains is unbeliveable strong... not natural... when you grind up weed like that your grinder will have that smell (for example Strawberry) for days or weeks

But there are still Strawberry and Apple strains wich are not sprayed or something like that

I think it has been sprayed or grown with some sort of chemical, although it's nice, the smoke feels very natural and acts the same in the vaporiser. Who knows, the bud tender didn't really take time to explain.

On my recent Amsterdam trip i Got to see some of this Strawberry bud.
It smells so strongly of strawberry, really fake, just too strawberry.
Anyone would pick it out over a nice subtle strawberry diesel.

No offence intended: you've been ripped off! I frequent Arnhem and Geldernland a lot and noticed this dreadful greed of De Penguin a couple of months ago.

Long story short: indeed, it's sprayed with aroma. What I find alarming is you saying it kicked your ass big time though(according to your statement flowers don't do much for you these days due to tolerance. I assume tolerance from hash and stuff, right?). Hope there are no sythetic cannabinoids involved then! In general I had okish experiencies with De Penguin in the past but this stuff is just disgusting.

As for it being in Dam, I saw the new Prix menu has Strawberry Haze @ E15/g - 'Sweet like berrys'

@ jesscass, I didn't buy it, luckily, i was shown some at the Cannabis College,
that was bought locally in Amsterdam.
They even have a sign above there vapourizers which reads
" No Strawberry or Apple weeds."

It is so fake it is impossible to miss, yuck!
