gonna book up soon with a mate who finishes uni at the start of june, so was just wandering if anybody knew of any good times to go or bad times to go between the start of june and the middle of august any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
im also struggling to choose accommodation, stayed at voyagers the last 3 times and loved it but would just like a different location, also stayed in the rld, jordaan and liedsplien in the past but preferably looking for central this time around. again any suggestions would be great.

Every 5 years Amsterdam plays host to a spectacular tall ship regatta - Sail 2015 - 19-23rd August. At the same time the annual canal festival (Grachtenfestival) runs 14-23rd August and this year the Haarlem Jazz festival runs 19-22nd August. I visited during Sail 2010 and it was fabulous.
