Thanks man, I have the big Subway Art book they did, its class.

Hash- 000 and the Hia Bal. Flowers - GP Shoreline. AHK if you read back is from Kashmir Lounge :D
OneHighMofo wrote:Great report - lots of fun to read. Those shots of the ground-up pile of shoreline had me looking at flight prices!
Some amazing Graf there too - where is that place? Wouldn't mind a look myself.

note to self - read thread before engaging fingers :)
Imagining the taste of shoreline some times has me doing that too!
Its Tram 7 or 14 all the way to get to Flevo :D

Day 3 Part 2

On the tram from Flevo through Dam Sq I saw a street performer with different color pigeons. It was a quick look but I'm sure that’s what I saw :)

1e Hulp
Image
1g Amnesia pollen E12 – decent smoke but weak effect for the money
Image
Image
Image
0.5g Somaui E6 – little hints of nycd flav but not the full caboodle.
Image

Back to Abba for a bit, then down to

Loetje for a steak, chips, salad and beer. Amazing every time.

Club Media for a digestive smoke
1g Champagne Haze – repeat purchase
Image

Back to Abba – Before leaving my mate gave me a load of DVDs from the local Chinese DVD man(no racism intended), I took Invincible Armour, another one of my favorites :)
Image

Bushdoc
1g Bab Beard E15 – crumbly but still nice oil content, classic flavors with heady high, overpriced but nice.
Image
Image

De Graal
3g 00 – repeat purchase
Image
Image
Image
Image
2g Shoreline – not good as the previous gram, which was bursting with flavour, this was much lighter, but still nice. Should have gone back to GP.
Image
Image
0.5g Tangerine Haze – cant remember
Image
Image

Walk back to Abba

Museumplein
Image

Baken Met Passie Lemon Tart
Image
Smoke a few then lights out.....

Thanks, Pengaldhinho :D ! Also of course for the graffiti shots(I'm aware of this oldschool 'Subway Art', too).

I waited to comment as I was hoping for your personal opinion on the Water Pressed Afghan from Blue Bird - but you didn't miss too much probably respectively there's always next time, right?!

Quite nice you sorta agree on the Tripple X and Amnesia Pollen(looked a bit better than mine) as well! Latter is somewhat light years away from the quality Utopia delivered with their Amnesia Cream!
It seems I really mixed something up with the menu at De Graal so I overlooked that Double Zero and put something on the menu not existing('Zero').

Nice you could try the Noor2000 finally :) ! I have to agree with Marok21 though as my batch end of November, 2014 looked better as well.

Kadinsky: I remember Twichaldinho and Cisco were raving about King Hassan and other moroccan items years ago(cheers for that) at the time when others praised that Trans Himalayan! Since then I had a look every now and then.
One of the few shops(as Anyday(r.i.p.)too)offering a real discount in my eyes(buy 5g pay 4g). Shame only they're both too central with their prices to be really profitable(but could be a lot worse).

I'm delighted you had the chance to sample that Mexican Sativa Hash at the Greenhouse(as you already realised you carried away all so I couldn't score anymore - on the other hand I had the Super Lemon Haze Cream last year so I guess this is karma then, isn't it   ?! ). I had some mexican somethings in the past though. Last one I can remember was last year at coffeeshop Jupiter/Culemborg where I bought something fine labelled as that(10€). Coffeeshop Upstairs in Arnhem is claiming to have something like that every now and then as well(not last time though) but never tried(don't know really why most probably I'm always too stuffed already when I make my way to their shop). You know self-pity and all that  !

By the way Super Lemon Haze Cream: handy you checked out the Bushdocter again(nice to see Kashmir Lounge brought up the quality discussed elsewhere as well!). Now I remember they had something similar listed like that also and I tried it a good while ago(you too as far as I remember)but wouldn't say it's the same. Most probably their hash menu did not change either?!

It's funny this Shoreline from Green Place looks better than the batch I got from De Graal. Especially since I must have been in town closely after your stay and I even went inside but didn't - saw it listed - take a look as I wanted to go to De Graal anyway. Fuck   ! I plan on trying their Twizzla next time anyway(had it some years ago and it was one of the few stronger hashes back then) so I check on this, too(don't like the general feel/staff at this shop though but I'm not there to make friends).
I'm really interested in this strain now for growing but was quite disappointed when I found out after looking up the internet a bit that it's a clone only strain and Devil's Harvest(don't like their philosophy) only crossed it with a Northern Lights phenotype. Grow reports weren't as satisfying as well.
Would like to know if you or others know if it's the cut(unlikely somehow) or grown from seed. Stupid question I know but hope dies last! Cheers in advance!

Enjoy planning your next trip!

Devil harvest shoreline a fine strain to grow, not a first timers strain takes time and space. When it comes to trying different strains don,t let common sense or fear hold you back :)

Thanks mate! The WPA was on my hit list but I haven't been able to get to Bluebird for a while now  Like you say there's always next time!
The Maroc section of the De Graal menu was quite confusing :? But the 00 and 000 were very nice.
I too remember talk of good hash at Kadinsky a few years ago, I don't know why I didn't check it out earlier. And its true most shops give E5 discount for 5g but 5g for price of 4g is much more appealing.
 The Mexi Sativa Hash was good, not the best batch Ive had - which was more sandy and crumbly with a really soaring high. I was looking for the SLH cream after your review but when that was out this was a good fall back.
You are correct the Bushdoctor import hash menu is exactly the same, maybe some items up by a few euros! And I did get some really nice Maroc Lemon Haze from there a few years ago.
Yes the Green Place seems to be the place for shoreline, De Grall's quality has been inconsistent in comparison in my experience. Like you say there's always next time! I was there a week before you going by your posts. Sorry no idea if its a cut going around, I just know its some tasty shit! and I would like to try it not crossed with NL! I used to get the Twizzla every trip but a bad batch put me off, plus the staff and atmosphere sometime.

@Macky

I agree. Let's say it that way though if you have to grow illegally without much space(noncommercial), own a couple of proven quality mothers and lots of strains in the pipeline for a couple of years ahead(partly since a long time)then you have to choose wisely when it comes to new strains or mothers  !

I assume you've grown Devil's Harvest version then? I read you're more after import hash like me as well on your next trip but if you come accross Amsterdam's version of Shoreline I would appreciate your opionon compared to the seed version a lot.
Personally I think the coffeeshop version was selected from seeds otherwise to some point the real Exodus Cut of Cheese would be all over the place, too(like Homegrown Fantasy(r.i.p.)supposed to have like five years ago). Shouldn't be so much of a problem for this coffeeshop scene to get hold of the cut. The opposite is true though - so I simply hope it's the cut selected from seeds floating around(but wouldn't mind trying the original cut from the Usa of course  !).

@Pengaldhinho
It's the same with me with the Green Place I only take a look mostly when I'm in that area and this time I was on my way to Bluebird. By the way when I talk about the staff I'm about the moroccan guys there(especially the bald owner, in my humble opinion unlikeable)I never met that asian guy all the people on here moan about but I'm not there to make friends either :) ! They're definitely more focussed on trendy wiet kinda similar like 1e Hulp and with more quality but for a price as I read and partyl experiencied in the past for myself.

Cheers for the close ups!
