Pizza without Mozarelle but with Edam in Amsterdam?

Hey,
my question might sound a bit weird, but as do like pizza more, which have edam on them, rather than mozarella. Does anybody no whether there is any good restaurant which sells pizza with edam?
All restaurants, i found sold pizza with mozarella. seems to be the most common way to server in amsterdam...
