Best strain for minimizing the munchies?

In Amsterdam in one week...

Wife asks the question "is there a type of weed that won't make me inhale the entire fridge?

Solution- ask ACD......

I know different strains affect different people in different ways, but maybe there's a rule of thumb- eg sativa vs indica....Kush? Haze?

If I'm not wrong it's the other way around:
Sativas make you hungry and Indicas don't make any difference.
Sativa for anorexia sounds more common.

Blue cheese is the strain that makes me hungry as hell when it comes to Indicas.
