I had a surprise request to enter my Cannamels into the Elite Cup...the day they were judging!

I am ECSTATIC to report that Cannabears Cannamels came in 3rd Place!!! WOOHOO!!!

Not bad for not knowing I was going to enter...had I known, I'd have grabbed 1st place for sure!!

The Judge Panel:

With the judge panel, every entry is tested and judged on appearance, smell , taste and effect on a scale of 1-5. The same amount of each is presented to each judge.

We only do blind testing, so each entry is only numbered and lettered so we can identify the results and to preserve anonymity and a fair test.

We also out aside an amount for official testing for THC/CBD levels, infections and bugs.

**THC/CBD Tests will be in soon for all entries from the Cannabis College**

We are still awaiting results from the Indica & Edibles Category.

I feel so blessed I had the chance to taste one of these magnificent caramels (November '14)! It was an unforgettable experience!

This one made my day. Those Cannamels are legendary! Probably the judges were already high on them when they rated the first and second place edibles. Totally awesome, congrats luvtick!

lol...they judged EVERYTHING in ONE DAY...??????????????????????????????????????????

I was told it was a 1-vote difference between 2nd and 3rd place...so I was nearly 2nd!! ...not that it counts being "almost"

Wouldn't surprise me if they did test it all in one day, and ended up so wasted that they had to judge solely on the edibles texture or taste lol. Even if so, I can't imagine that the others were in any way superior to yours. Keep in mind: second and third places are even better, when It comes to motivation for future events. The winners will most likely just try to keep/repeat their formular, ending up not improving much... get em luvtick!

I was taken by surprise:
I walked into Amsterdam Seed Company and 2 guys from Grace Glass were there.
They said, "We were just talking about you."
WTF? Why?
"We were wondering why you didn't enter your Cannamels in the Elite Cup."
I didn't know I could...
One of them tells me they are just judging today...he makes a phone call and says I can still enter if I want, but I would need to have 11 pieces and a 50 Euro entry fee.
I happened to have "a bit" more than 11 in my bag, but only with stickers wrapped around them individually. (I didn't bring my pro packaging...)
My friend, Chad, fronted me the 50 and we were in!!
So...
Had I known I was entering a cup, I'd have blown it out of the water!!!

Oh I see, so it was literally a last minute thing. *Just judging today*, actually sounds like they did indeed try all on one day lol. I agree, 3rd place without trying, thats quite something.
