For Templeball try Stix or Solo coffeeshop

They are always pretty reliable when it comes to templeball. Also Greenhouse has had some decent templeball over the years.

While price isn't a 100% accurate indicator, good Temple balls would be around ~10€/g.

More exclusive versions of Nepalese hash:

"Kadinsky's" - Transhimalaya usually is very good.
"Solo" often carries nice quality.
"Barney's" always a bit overprized, but usually still excellent quality.
"Amnesia" generally same as Barneys, but normally 1-2€ cheaper.
"De Graal" sells good hash

Similar top-quality hash is often also found under names like "Nepalese Cream, Royal Nepal, Himalaya Cream", all slight variations depending on grow-location etc.
Nepalese Pollen is a bit different and dry-sieved like Marroccan hash, so not exactly the Temple-ball type.

Never been to Bluebird or Katsu so far, so can't comment on that. Paradox never carried Nepalese hash afaik (and according to the Menu's site)
So, I guess you now have quite a variety of shops to look out for.
