You are much much less likely to have a "whitey" (which is basically what you describe) on a relatively full stomach than an empty one. There's actual science behind that I believe, something to do with the effects of cannabis on metabolism and blood sugar, but experience says it is true too.

A sugary drink works in an emergency (although carbonated stuff isn't always great if you don't feel good), but it is so easy while jumping from coffeeshop to coffeeshop to forget to eat anything other than snacks for long periods of the day and that can lead to problems. Look after yourself, eat a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner and whichever strains you buy & however stoned you get you'll likely have a better time :)
I believe this could be the case, the last few times ive smoked have been in the morning when I haven't eaten anything and as soon as I eat I feel better again. :D

And Nutella, remember if in doubt, Crepes it out(with nutella)
Ill remember that one :D

It's crucial, if you experienced those kind of problems. I kinda know what you mean, when i do my wake'n'bake being hungry i feel the same way, but i learned to supress it and my metabolism patiently waits for me to eat(but not longer than 25 mins):D

Btw, Crepes place at Warmoestraat is the best for those kind of cravings:) Enjoy
