the whole thing is... there is now a huge "grey area legal" marijuana business that is growing exponentially every week. seeing the changes happen before my eyes (even if they are glossy from smoke) I can see no way Canada can move backwards. The Colorado model seems all but assured, it's actually already in place. I smoked a doob right next to a cop last week, there's no turning back.
