A strain for a good, deep sleep

I am thinking about visiting Amsterdam and, since I suffer from insomnia, the most important strain for me would be the one that makes me fall asleep and maintain my sleep (so I won't be waking up at night). It can be hashish too. Thank you for your advice.

WW Indica in Haarlem specializes in medical we hear, should be a good pick...
White choco block from Boer chain is great value, 0,5 - 1 g of this in a spliff and you should have a nice sleep, YMMV depending on tollerance.
Any heavy indica if you are a light to medium smoker, should be possible to find a few good examples many places....
