Here's a more focused map. It shows coffeeshops and addresses.
Lemming's Open Coffeeshops in Amsterdam
You can use Google Maps to locate your hotel and the distance to various coffeeshops.
I know nothing about the shop as I have never been there. However, here's map showing the path and distance from Ibis West to Risky Business. Ibis West to Risky Business
I'm thinking you will need some public transportation as you are almost 4.5km from the outer ring shops like the Bronx, 't Keteltje or 1e Hulp Coffeeshop.
Check this out - http://www.iamsterdam.com/en/visiting/p ... -transport
Go forth and explore.

Mate, you'll need public transport. Get thee a multi day GVB pass, cross Transformatorweg and get on Bus 22. Get off at Haarlemmerplein and you can start a nice crawl by walking east toward Centraal Station.
Don't waste your precious time by walking this route. There is little to see and not worth it.
However, if you're into clubbing, The Warehouse on Elementenstraat is a very short walk from the hotel. They normally have at least two stages running, usually techno or deep house.
