48-hours in December

Just booked for 2 nights in December. The missus and I chose go with a hotel over an apartment for ease of time.

I tend to let her chose where we smoke (path of least resistance) and we'll end up in Voyagers, Bluebird, Katsu, Dampring and Barney's. I'm going to take her to Mellow Yellow on the way to Vondelpark but can anyone help with some other suggestions please? Somewhere outside Centrum a bit further out that's a bit of a gem?
