Stop over in Amsterdam

Alright folks!
Me and my girlfriend are going to Vienna for a break this Saturday coming and on the way back we have a five hour stop over in Amsterdam.
If we have time we want to go to the bird for some Thai food and hit voyagers for a doob or two!
Do you think 5 hours is enough time?
I hope it is, very excited at the thought of a couple of hours in the Dam!
