No morocco on the list. What a joke. What about pakistan, india, nepal, s.africa? All cannabis producing countries with populations who like to smoke. Also to put nigeria in the top 5 and ghana not even in the top 30 is pretty weird.

Producing countries don't always boast high usage-rates, for any drug. That is to say production doesn't always correspond with use, rather intended/target markets in other countries (such as in the case of Colombia primarily exporting its coke to EU & US rather than for domestic-use) or adjacent countries (re: Afghanistan again produces most opium/heroin, largely intended for European market but inflicts scourge on the neighboring countries it passes through en route as is the case of Iran with the world's largest Heroin epidemic) are the most affected by production countries of illicit drugs.
Interesting to see, would not have thought Iceland to be so high (literally).
Anyway, methodology also plays a factor here, some people use lifetime use, some use past month use, daily use or even past year use – the metric for how to ascertain national usage statistics tends to vary. I know other lists I've seen tend to have anglo countries (specifically US, CA & NZ, the other Anglo countries tend to be a bit lower in usage-rates) and Euro-latin (Italy, Spain & France) countries rounding out the top, with Czech Republic also among the top in both EU & World as well – and much to the surprise of those who only know the Dutch superficially, they usually rank much lower on these lists, spoiler alert the Dutchies in general prefer their coke and mdma dank je we en fijne dag!
