hey folks will be in san diego in august and am wondering how it is with tha green for a non local ? any tips or hints or advice in generell would be nice 
They must give pot shops permit before 1st Jan. 2018. Theres nothing stopping city,s from giving them early .Keep eye on dispensary websites they seem to be up to date. There is delivery services ,grey market pretty easy to find .
Beach is close have fun….Mission beach my favourite .
