No one ever responded when I messaged about the Vegas one. Seems typical they price gouge and or profile guests.

Since they were refurbished The bulldog apartments mentioned are absolutely beautiful - high spec furniture and decoration, great kitchens and multiple bathrooms. The location and facilities are top notch.
Easily as good if not better than the 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed in... certainly better than the Krasnapolsky: and you can smoke in the room. So yeah - I wouldn't be too quick to write those off due to your preconceived ideas.
