100 years ago Canadians won the battle of Vimy Ridge for the first time we went into battle with out a British Cammander. The French and English tried and failed to take the ridge .In the few day battle 3600 Canadians where killed some people say this is when Canada became a country and not just a colony of Britain.
We are sending 100,000 youth to France to ceremonies of rememberence . If you don,t won't to raise people who will vote for someone like Gerry Wilders
