Last night I got a message from my niece who I hadn't seen in 16 years :!: :!:

She just got to Amsterdam and broke from her group to come see me

What a pleasant surprise!

After a while her group showed up and we had a blast

I gave them a red light blue light alley tour before they turned in around 2

Just keeps getting better!

I'm gonna try and be in the batcave tonight from around 9-10 onward, hope to see you there. Will update you in a more direct manner if plans change! Hope you're still having a blast! :mrgreen:

Really enjoying you travel tales Ed, please keep em coming, and like CC has said Batavia is a gem. Good friendly staff, a good selection of beers and Jenever etc. excellent quality and value grub (dont have to move far when the munchies kick in, and it's been a long day). And of course the descent into the infamous cave of iniquity itself. :evil: :wink:
