IN Harlem there is very few smokers bars. one out of the blues is 15 mins walk from station or 5 mins euro 2.30 on the 73 bus from (harlem) central station. i first visited over 10 years ago when the aircon on a hot day was very welcome.
it is like an old brown bar. there is a face book page with map location and other info.@

the prices were less than in ams central all over in Harlem.and after a visit to willie wortel for there 5g for 4g deal and the prices are about 20% less than ams to start with the train fare of about euro6 was well spent.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll be in Haarlem soon and I love a beer with a smoke. Does anyone know any other weed-friendly bars that I can add to my list?
