The ACD Coffeeshop Directory, thanks Lemming seems to indicate that they're aren't any coffeshops in Putten.
Perhaps you might want to add some edibles to your purchase list. It's a bit out of the way, but
Utopia's edibles are more than decent. Not been to Central, never bought edibles from Voyagers so perhaps some others can comment on the edibles option.
