Cycling in Amsterdam, what is the nicest route?

Hi, I'm going to Amsterdam on the 26 of June and I will get a bicycle from the place I'll stay.
Any nice and not too busy bicycle route can anyone recommend? I am an experienced cyclist but after a few spliffs I would ride somewhere nice and chilled.
Can be outside of the city too...

If you're staying near the Vondel Park, it's a lovely place for a cycle and to get up to speed with your machine, plenty of places to sit and enjoy whatever you have with you too.

All the cycle routes are quiet. Between 1am and 6am
