You’ll find a chap called Silvizio Wafflestomper hanging out at the beach. He’s easily recognised by his hula skirt and heavily patterned shirt. Approach him from the side (never from the front) and whisper “can I hold your kahunas”.
He has the good stuffs.

Recently the cops patrol alot around the beach.
