Hit Homegrown Fantasy 10/20. New modern "eye" sign. Super place and super nice people. Bought a gram of Shiva and relaxed. Black light in bathroom was a kick, made my day.

Classic rock, Beatles, The Stones and such, nice place to relax for 30 mins or two hours.

Like in most Coffeeshop in amsterdam........why do you think the menus are usually not as extensive in the rest of the country.........That is why I always asked to look at the different grass b4 I buy any.

Nevertheless I only have been disapointed once in homegrown fantasy, that was a few years back when I tried something they called Applejack....otherwise it is normally one of my favorite place in amsterdam.....

HI. got back from amsterdam today, as it was my first time i checked this site first and only tried, damkring, homegrown, kashmir lounge and someother dodgy one i cant remember... homegrown was the the best in mho! tried the caramella and an other one the dealer recommended, the staff where great, music was good (first time was a mellow ambient house/trance the second was a bit of gangsta rap). i liked the fact the decor was brighter than the others which kept me awake and talking! coffee was good too! never needed a piss though! gutted!

This is my favourite coffeeshop in Amsterdam. It is just like a regular cafe, not serving beer like the other places.

The staff were very nice and friendly and helpful with choice of weed (talked me out of the purple - and recommended something that took me a good couple of hours to get over)!!

Hope they do well in the cannabis cup!!

 just got back from the Dam.
We always visit Homegrown Fantasy when we go to the dam.
This time we tried Snow White which was very smooth but strong at the same time, excellent for the good old bong!
Also tried their Organic weed, very nice!
The staff was very friendly and chatty, the toilet is cool when you are very stoned, check it out!
Love to chill in this place, seya when we come back Homegrown Fantasy!

The Blue Haze is amazing, I'll try the 100% organic New York Diesel later.

Lovely coffeeshop. Whenever I go the dam, be it with friends or just my girlfriend, we always stay in a hotel a stones throw from Homegrown.

I just love the blue haze. Always quality :D

Tried the ny diesel(outdoor) & the dragons flight on my last visit. Latter wasn't up to much but the diesel was rather nice & it reeked out the whole floor of the hotel my girlfriend & I stayed at.

One of my favourite coffeeshops.

Can't recommend this shop enough.

The weed is average but that doesn't really matter as quite often the best shops have moody staff ! The guys who run Homegrown Fantasy make the shop what it is. You'll struggle to find a more friendly, welcoming and knowledgable staff.

A must to visit.

Well for the 8 days we were there,i'd say we went in at least twice maybe 3 times aday, there just something that keeps dragging you back...there just so friendly and helpful..and there hot choclate with cream is out of this world.

As for the smoke ,well ive never had a bad one there, and my mate tryed every weed on the menu..Power Flight and Sage "n" Sour were very tasty,as for me well i got hooked on there unpressed isolater, even managed to get a couple of isolater reefers back home with me

But anyway i always go here as soon as i land, because the vibe of the place sets you up for a good holiday,oh and the bog is still cool no matter how many times youve been

The place is nice with some locals inside. Tried the Dragon's Flight and White Pearl and both the strains I got here were not that impressive.

I wanted to try out the Cheese if it were on the menu but a lot of stuff were not available.

I would rate it higher if I could but I'll have to wait when they have better strains in stock!

For now I'll rate them at 7 out of 10.

great shop, 5 and 10 euro bags, i tried several types and think the snow white was the best, it would produce dense bags of vapor at temp 6. the budtender during the day was a really nice. he had no problem with me using the volcano for extended preiods of time. and of course no problem with bringing my own weed. i spent alot of mid day time here. the close by tram stop made it a very convenant coming and going coffeeshop.
