washington state government trying to ban concentrates

they are trying to ban concentrates "over 10% thc". aka non existent concentrates or cbd ones will only be avail if the bill passes and gets voted in by the public. sound's like some crazy rule you'd see implemented in the NL. hoping it doesn't pass and if it does..hope people are not stupid enough to vote yes.
this is one of my issues with the legalisation laws recently passed in America in the last decade. The people vote on the law as t's written..then the government wants to make little changes and amendments to the law based on bullshit science. Government in wa isn't even distributing the tax revenue to the areas and causes stated in the law(education, drug education etc etc).
