I like this food place https://escobar.nu down in DePijp and is worth a visit if you are in the area when in town.

It is Latin America, Latin and Spanish inspired cuisine and some good quality food.
You can grab a Tapas here, lunch and dinner they also can cater for a larger group, so if there is a few of you then its a good place. The menu might not be to every ones taste though

That menu is definitely something I could spend a bit of time pondering what to get, it has many delish dishes, some with an interesting twist, even a few acceptable beers on the menu should you not be in the mood to pop a bottle of wino I seem to remember walking past it a few times when we lived in de pijp last time, but it is a pretty common name so may be mistaken...
