Just ban it, i promise that netherlands going to be a hell of fire.
Look at sweden, were i live.
Its ban to 100% to take a joint..who rule the market..the BIG criminals.
I dont talk about the soft teens in the corner.
Even if the cops was 1000% more to deal with this guys, they get 10.000% harder gangs to deal with.
Hope netherlands let the coffeeshops sell instead.
Im going to Amsterdam to smoke, eat on restaurangs and just look around your place.
Ban that good smoke and lost my € to tax.
Im not going to amsterdam on a weekend trip just to smoke cannabis but it should be less attractive.

Wanted to delete in hindsight, as I was in morning grump when I penned it, and appreciate maybe it was a bit overkill, but alas it's been quoted twice now, so that immortalizes my harsh words whether I like it or not.
Overall though, point kinda stands, this mayor has made it a personal vendetta to cancel, destroy and shit upon anything remotely resembling a bit of fun in this town...
The kicker is that mayor is not a directly elected position in this country but an appointed one...some democracy, eh?!

One of the most tolerant countries in the world in terms of cannabis and what they are known for is tightening the measures!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Most of the "tourist coffeeshops" in Amsterdam sell low grade cannabis.
You better can go to other cities like The Hague, Rotterdam (It's like an hour drive)
The following cities Amersfoort, Haarlem are closer (25 min. drive)
For the average tourist it's ok but for the experienced cannabis user its like CBD.
