Any gamers out there? I'd gladly meet at a coffeeshop sometime to play a few board games or something.

Looks like you're a d and d'er from your sig ...a fighter if I might guess ...I enjoyed playing as a thief ...my name on this board comes from that character.
have enjoyed a scrabble game or two in various CSes ...a bit of a challenge to use a Nederlands tile set ,we make the ij a Y and somehow muddle through

Aye, you can't whack a good board game although more often than not we end up playing cards in coffeeshops. I've lost whole afternoons to doobs and a few hands of rummy

We generaly play "Shithead" in coffeeshops, when I go with teh wife I'm partial to a few games of Backgammon..... although her being a witch and me being stoned makes it real difficult.

I might be showing my old age again here, but I wonder how many of you have played Grass?

It's the funniest stoners game I've ever played. (Maybe that suggests I'm easily amused too?)

I played a game of "Grass" not to long ago...good fun.... this thread also reminded me of another good stoner game...Dealer McDope made by Last Gasp.

Descripton---From the rules:

"Leave Doobietown, U.S.A. and journey to an intriguing port of call, score caches of dope and return home anxious to sell. Sounds simple and it is - as long as karma, skill and the roll of the dice are on your side and you don't get hassled at any borders, ripped off by your partners or busted. Yeh, busted. Lots of dealers go to jail. In fact, there are 500 "busted gringos" sitting in Mexican jails right now.

Yes, dealing is a high risk / high gain situation. Remember all dealers play hard, but they don't all play fair. When in doubt ask yourself what McDope would do if he were there."
