2023 Edition Google Maps

I've updated the Google maps.
The biggest change is to the Mega Map - the one showing all open and closed coffeeshops, smartshops, headshops, bars, etc. throughout the Netherlands. This is now improved and simplified so it's, hopefully, easier to read.
