Happy 60th birthday macky

Our very good friend, the great macky, turns 60 today! 
I know that if it wasn't for your friends and family making other plans, you'd be having a giant birthday bash with us and a bunch of people in Amsterdam, but very glad that they've put together a great celebration for you.
Thanks you for all the great times we've had together, in Amsterdam and across the pond, you a a true friend!
