New hash curing method "Piattella hash"

I heard about that stuff some time ago and saw it on a menu from Coffeeshop Family First once for around 100€/g
It should be produced of bubble hash which was made of fresh frozen plant material. Then it gets cold cured until it becomes it´s butter like in consistency. Should be very terpy
especially because of the cold curing...

The consistency looks really amazing
but as with the WPF hashes prices are still kind of out of this world for me 
Well for a special treat it´s okay but I don´t feel nice spending so much money on 1g
Anyone tried that stuff so far? It really looks delicious and it would be interesting to know what others think about it.
