Your rantings come at a time where we are being discredited as a nation..First off no I dont think Iraq bombed us due to the fact that most of the men on the planes where of Saudi nationality..Secondly I understand big business runs alot of the show but it is the Senate,Congress and the President that have the power to control our goings on..If you elect corruption expect corruption!What you said is Un-American if you dont like it do something to fix it instead of bitching on website about"Amsterdam".You enjoy every freedom afforded to you and yet you choose to use it bashing OUR country..We have helped England and many nations during times they would have otherwise lost their Independence through tyranny.You have the freedom of speech in this country and I am all for that but when it is used to put down what we have fought for it is disgraceful{i dont care how many ways you try to skew it for your needs}.No I dont like alot of what happens here but I still understand where we came from and the cost on many lives it has caused.And as for this

Had we done nothing during ww2 Europe would be a very different place.It is the same thing.Hitler had mass graves just like Saddam did..But I dont see you saying anything about that.We helped out England and various other countries..So why cant we do the same thing now....All I know is when the Iraqi's get everything in order there{getting rid of Iranian funded terrorism}they will be alot better off.The Shites and Sunnis will always be at odds as they have for many years but they be able to move to a more free place to live..And the Kurds wont have to live in fear anymore..One day what we did will bare the fruits of a more democratic nation in a very turbulent part of the World.

Well... Bush's grandad did sell weapons to Hitler. The main reason we wanted to bomb Japan is so we could set up camp in Asia. We were already afraid of Russia's rising at this time. In fact, Russia was ready to sign a peace treaty with Japan before we bombed them.

For those of you who haven't read "A People's History of The United States", you ought to. Backed up with loads of footnotes and quotes direct from the hands of those that changed history.
