Ethiopian food is great. Just watch out for the spongy bread, very filling.

It's absolutely a real question..Ethiopian is some of the best food to eat..Obviously you have never had it or you would not have made your comment.

And I have an answer for you :) Yes there is a fantastic Ethiopian restraunt on UntrechtseDwarstraat. Inexpensive and delicious. I will be going tomorrow night, speaking of which...The way you get there is walk down Utrechtsestraat and after you cross Prinsengracht take a left at the next smaller road and take it Down about a 3rd of the block towards the Amstel. The place is right there on your left and you can't miss it. Friendly staff and really great food.

With the conversion from USD-Eu it's about the same price (€15 per person or main dish purchased). I always forget the name, I will get it for you tomorrow.

One more thing is it the type of place you have to be with two or more people cause a couple of them here are like that?I will be going solo unless I can get a few fellow travellers to go with me

Well in terms of amount of food, heh yea. But, no there is no requirements for numbers and I go with my wife and infant daughter. Axum Ethiopische Restraunt is the name. Utrechtsedwarsstraat 85-87 1017WD
