Cannabis is legal at all these stops
but NCL sprang a no cannabis policy on me
Fortunately was able to discreetly defy this ban with some contraband homegrown and pressed hash.
Ship a tad overcrowded, and NCL does not have their act together. In contrast, if gambling is your thing - this is the ship for you.
