Flights all taken care of. Got a straight shot from Phoeniz to Paris!! Arrive around 10:00am. A quick hour and 1/2 layover and I arrive in Amsterdam at 1:10pm on the 17th.

That is Excellent news I just booked my flights and Bloody Hell have they gone up in price, flights from my local airport have gone up by 50 percent this year

Arriving nice and early I should be in Het Gelderse around 11.30 all being well through the airport, if you fancy having the 1st meet of 420 2026

That's a plan then we can check in at 3pm, could hop on the tram or stroll after a smoke at Gelderse down towards the apartment and maybe do a stop at 1eHulp or Vondel before checking in its around a 15-20min stroll from there, could pick up some supplies on the way

A mad idea for you!

Reading about 7th Heaven in Leeuwarden elsewhere on here reminded me of how impressed I was with that city when I went there 20 years ago. It's probably changed a lot since then but I've long fancied going back there.

It's about 2 hours train ride to Leeuwarden from Amsterdam so it is within daytrip range. Nevertheless, a slightly mad idea did cross my mind - hotels in Leeuwarden are probably much cheaper than Amsterdam so we might actually be able to save some money by staying a night out there.

I guess if we could manage that then we could even consider stops in other towns too.

This is all probably insane and way beyond our cat herding skills. I'll shut up and finish this Volcano bag ...

Heres an even madder idea... I'd be happy to rent a minibus and drive us to some towns.
