You maybe able to tell from my recent posts, that my mission of getting good black hash at a decent price had not been overly successful. The previous two days had either yielded the shop being sold out or only down to the most expensive hash (umm we all love expensive hash, it maybe the best and I buy/smoke more than my fair share but my wallet unfortunately is not bottomless), I put out a cry for help on here and got the suggestion to go to the blue bird in reply. Yep thats a great shout, having been there before I knew the quality of the smoke, fingers crossed they would be in stock.

The next day came and it was artic cold, snow, wind, ice we could have been in Mosscow. My friend could not take it out and about so we were stuck in the hotel room, lucky I had a massive stash to work my way through. In the end though I had enough and told him 'Im off to see another friend in the usual bar see you in there when your ready'. I felt like captain Scott battling against the elements, at least the streets were quite, I plowed on past the Red lights and onto bluebird. I walked in through the door and the downstairs bar was heaving, I had never seen that before. Then I looked down at myself I was covered in snow, I laugh, go outside and wipe myself down before going back inside and upstairs.

There was no one waiting for the bud so I looked at the menu card, I forgot to look at the 'book of dreams', is it still there? Eventually the bud tender comes round, this time it was a guy rather than the usual women, I get chatting to him telling him about my problems to which he seems a little surprised but glad I had come to them in order to resolve it. Buy now I had given up on the bargin hunt and decided I wanted the best he recommended the Otta 0.8g for €12:50. Back into the cold, of to go and meet matey at the bar.

When I sat down I was eager to smoke the hash, like a kid on Christmas day I got everything ready to roll with a massive grin on my face. I could see the hash was of the highest quality when I was rolling it up. With it burning away in my hand every toke was a buetiful experience. Then my concentration was broken, a Dutch guy had started speaking to me; he asked what I was smoking and if he could try a little, I was in a good mood now so why not. He had a couple of pulls and then his smile was nearly as big as mine. I told him that it was from the bluebird and asked if he knew it, of course he did. We sat speaking about football for about an hour before my mate showed up, enough time to smoke the rest of the Otta.

Did an ICE buy an fly, Almost went with the Gold wax but the 100 e/gram was just to much.
It actually looked like bubble hash that they had dried out a certain way to get a sort of budda look. Obviously some are real bho's some not.
So looked at the Amnesia and Ak ice, got 50e worth of the Amnesia, it smelled much better than the mouldy/bland ak..
Amnesia ICE, Amazing smell, crumby look unpressed full melt goodness. 9/10
Even Verdimped some of this ontop of some herb! absolute heaven.
yum but expensive and small deal,Still good fun if there is 2 or 3 of you to split the cost.

service was strange, we asked to see the wax and he just stared at us, I asked again...then after a couple of minutes of just standing there, like in slow motion he goes to the back then returns, shows us the stuff without saying one word the whole time,lol even when we payed he just took the 50E, in silence lol

Tried the first time some of their "ice" hashes... don´t want the high price
ice hashes... I was looking for something "cheap" and of course good hash.
The Dealer showed me the San Fernando Valley OG Ice and said it would be
the best in her opinion...

so I tried it 12,50€/0,3g. Not really impressed with that... taste and smell is nice
but the effect for that price is not worth the money!

Asked for Otta and the budtendress gave me a glass of water.

Oh how he laughed at how the accent changed what i was saying, i thought nah i just wanted Otta.

Well, considering the already ridiculous prices for a gram of weed and how much weed is needed for good amounts of quality bubble hash, I generally can understand those way higher prices. (well, maybe not 70-100€/g)
Sure, they use a lot of trim, leaves and stuff, but as long as people are willing to pay, shops will put that pice tag there. It's not the shops fault alone.

Yes the markup on ice is disproportional. I doubt that many coffeeshops use (high grade) whole buds for their extracts cos they'd surely be advertising with that feature (ONLY WHOLE BUDS USED! HIGHEST GRADE AVAILABLE! 99,75 P/GR!).

Yeah same here missed it out last couple of trips, not sure why either-think it was busy when I passed and I didn't fancy the staircase in my messed up condition. Want to stop by and try the Otta that keeps getting such positive feedback. Just one question- is it a couchlock effect or more of a head high? I lose great swathes of time if I get too head droopy in the morning.

Otta up to the usual high standard

Always get the 4gram 12euro special of border as well, more out of habit now, but it's still a worthy purchase in my opinion. My friend didn't have too much cash but was desperate to try some OG Kush iso after seeing it on YouTube. They sold 0.4 for 12 euros and he said it was the strongest thing he smoked all trip. Fair enough.
