this was a great coffeeshop, one of my favourites because its a new coffeeshop redecorated recently so everythings new.
theres a bud tender there that use 2 work at the other dampkring who i had a good laff with, hopefully he will be there in 10 days when im over he sorted me out with brand new bud rather than the old bud in the boxes.
also they are totally cool with u smoking with tobbaco in joints, so long as u dont leave any cig ends lying about or tobacco visible

rubbish
thought this place would be really nice ,modern something a bit different from the norm. could not have been more wrong what a sh..hole it was more like a crack house .ppl lying around bombed out dirty place crap music no atmosphere ,if this had been my first time and this my first shop think i would be pretty fed up .saying that ok weed buy and fly if you want to chill out go somewhere else
and the weed goes on !!!!
bought some chocolope, white Russian and some Dahlia hash from here last week. Was impressed by all of them (especially the hash) but didnt stay in the shop for a smoke - was very busy. And for some reason the tender asked me to remove my hat (wasn't a cap or anything that hid my face, in fact it helped show more as it keeps my hair out the way ) - wasn't annoyed or anything just found it rather odd. Maybe he thought I had something hidden under there
he may have thought that, a lot of coffeeshops have the no headwear rule...Carlos wrote:bought some chocolope, white Russian and some Dahlia hash from here last week. I had really liked this place when it was still Floyd's so i was interested to see how it had changed. I stopped in when i was last over in october.
What i hoped for - To see the place pretty much unchanged, afterall it was a very cool, homely, individual kind of place - if it aint broken, and all that.
What i got - a FUCKING SHOCK - that homely cosy place is gone for ever. They have changed it into what looks like a cheap & garish 80's wine bar, all grey and dark with sharp angles and cheap looking bits of neon and strip lighting.
I was so disgusted with the change some champion of bad taste had inflicted on this shop that i turned round and walked right out again.
Im pretty pissed off by dampkring for what they did to this place
RIP floyds - it was a sad day when you were sold to dampkring
