I heard a rumour that Barney's are planning on opening a smoker's lounge cafe in the near future; anyone know anything about this???

The rumor in town is that Derry is opening a smoker friendly cafe right across the Haarlemmerstraat from the original Barney's. An added feature could be a rear garden patio. Opening date could be in early October.

what is this "lounge" about? whats special about it? can you buy alcoholic drinks? is it outside? or does it have a glassy roof, a garden, or what?
has to be something special, otherwise it will just be another smoker friendly place
